Dormer continues his ventures in serial imagery. Sixteen recent additions of lithographs to Dormer’s collection at the AP/RC provide insights into the ideas, tactics, sensitivities, and choices of his variations. In this latest body of work from 2016 and 2017, Dormer was drawn in particular to shifts in the expressive possibilities of tarlatans and rags from his print studio.
