Penny Cerling (born 1946) graduated from Iowa State University with a BA in 1972. She currently resides in Houston, Texas where she taught design at the University of St. Thomas from 1979-1982 and ran Cerling Etching Studio. In addition to the AP/RC, Cerling’s work can be found in the public collections of the Houston Museum of Fine Arts (TX) and the Art Museum of South Texas (Corpus Christi, TX).
