Gene Kloss

Gene Kloss (1903-1996) received a BA from the University of California, Berkeley in 1924 and studied at the California School of Fine Arts from 1924-1925. Her prints, drawings, and paintings are included in the public collections of the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Denver Art Museum (CO), Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art (Indianapolis, IN), Museum of New Mexico (Santa Fe, NM), Oklahoma City Museum of Art, San Diego Museum of Art (CA), Smithsonian American Art Museum (Washington, DC), The Fred Jones Jr. Museum of Art at the University of Oklahoma (Norman), The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art (Kansas City, MO), The Philbrook Museum of Art (Tulsa, OK), and Wright Museum of Art (Beloit College, Beloit, WI).
