Katherine Liontas-Warren, one of the artists archived in the Artist Printmaker Research Collection, has two new videos (see below) featuring her printing lithographs from stones. The presentation of steps between printing and a print not only tend to humanize each work but provide some rich educational illustration as well.

Liontas-Warren’s rich black and white lithographs reflect her decisive grasp and passion for drawing on a stone. The subject of her prints often mixes the weather, environment, flora, and fauna of her home in southwestern Oklahoma.
