Peter S. Briggs, who founded the AP/RC in 2007, received a Curatorial Research Fellowship from the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts for his ongoing research on the prints of Terry Allen. The award was recently announced by the Foundation and in ArtForum.

Earlier in the year, Briggs received the Research in Printmaking award at the Southern Graphics Council International annual conference held this year in Dallas, TX, for his “significant role in the awareness and preservation of fine art printmaking, particularly through his development of the Artist Printmaker/Photographer Research Collection.”
